
Brief Information:
Balekambang Park is beautiful urban forest located at Solo City or Surakarta city with an area of approximately 9.8 hectares. In addition to the shady old trees with gigantic size, exotic pool water, this park also has several ethnic seats and area for garden party. Tame animals such as doves, deer, turkeys, etc are released freely in the park. Balekambang Park was built in 1921 by King KGPAA Mangkunegara VII for her princess, Gray Partini Hussein Djayaningrat and Gray Partinah Sukanta. That’s why Balekambang Park divided into two areas, namely Partini Partinah Tuin and Bosch. Now, the statue of the princess can be seen on the park. Balekambang also has Reptile Park for reptile lovers.
