Ruby Falls is a 145-foot (or about 44 meters) high underground waterfall. The stream is located 1120 feet (341 meters) under the ground. This waterfalls is founded Leo Lambert. While the name “Ruby” was coming from the name of Leo Lambert’s wife, Ruby. This waterfalls is located inside the cave that is featured with many cave formations including stalactites and stalagmites, columns, drapery, and flowstone. They formed unique shapes so that they were named with something familiar, such as donkey, turtle, elephant foot, etc. It looks so dramatic with colorful electric lights that were installed inside the cave.
